The Pubs within this collection are situated in the heart of the New Forest. In this role, you will: Assist Daily Operations: Take charge of kitchen activities in Head Chef's absence, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of preparation and cooking . Team Training and Delegation: Inspire and help train the team, delegating tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Supervise Food Service: Assist the Head Chef in leading your team throughout the day.
