This may include local, regional, and global brands across a range of sectors and categories. As the strategic lead, this person will be responsible for senior-level client service leadership, owning key relationships and driving business growth. The Senior Account Director will also oversee the end-to-end management of campaigns, ensuring all creative and strategic solutions align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities: Provide senior-level client services leadership and full ownership over key accounts by building strong, trust-based partnerships through strategic counsel, credibility, and marketing expertise. Define and drive the vision, strategic direction, and key initiatives across client businesses, with a deep understanding of their market, category, and commercial priorities. Lead the planning and execution of through-the-line integrated marketing communications at a regional and global scale, ensuring seamless delivery across all touchpoints. Set strategic and creative direction in collaboration with agency teams, ensuring client briefs are clear, actionable, and aligned with broader marketing and business goals. Ensure timely delivery of all key milestones including presentations, approvals, production, and media implementation. Oversee the financial health of assigned accounts, managing campaign budgets, job charges, and internal financial processes with precision. Inspire, mentor, and lead the account management team to uphold high standards of excellence, collaboration, and growth. Act as a champion for the agency’s mission—to create ideas people want to spend time with, driving both brand-building and business results. Qualifications: 10 years of account management/client servicing experience in a leading advertising agency. Proven experience managing a variety of client types, with exposure to multiple sectors and categories. Experience handling global clients and working across markets is a strong advantage. Deep expertise in delivering integrated campaigns spanning video, print, digital, social, and more. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful communications strategies. Skilled in managing complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns while ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Meticulous attention to detail and strong grasp of financial and operational processes. Proactive, resourceful leader with a passion for team development and collaborative problem-solving. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead high-level client engagements. Hands-on, flexible mindset—ready to jump in and drive solutions across any aspect of the business.
