Job Responsibilities Providing general legal advice to the Company, including advice to the Entertainment, Retail, Finance, Hotel operations, and Procurement departments. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to entertainment, events, sponsorships, marketing, collaborations, venue rental, artiste engagement, and intellectual property licences. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating general commercial contracts, including IT contracts. Providing legal support and advice on a wide range of business, strategic, and operational issues involving the entertainment, communications, marketing, sponsorships, and nightlife departments. Managing litigation on behalf of the Company and negotiating settlement of legal disputes. Conducting disciplinary inquiries into breaches of the Company’s disciplinary policy. Creating legal training materials and conducting legal training for Company staff. Job Requirements Education & Certification No formal education required. Experience Minimum 5 years PQE in construction law from a reputable mid to top-tier law firm or a well-regarded in-house legal team. Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Other Prerequisites Strong communication skills and a commercially savvy approach to legal matters. Confidence, initiative, and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
