Job Summary We seek a leader to oversee the planning, design, and execution of new projects, including brownfield and greenfield developments. The role involves ensuring brand compliance, operational efficiency, high-quality guest experiences, and managing pre-opening processes for seamless project delivery and operational readiness. Job Description Coordinate with property owners and consultants to develop construction and conversion plans for service apartments/hotel residences, ensuring operational readiness. Engage with owners and consultants on design development and project completion. Ensure compliance with brand specifications and design guidelines. Adhere to local codes and regulations. Support project managers to keep projects within approved budgets. Monitor project timelines and progress, addressing variations to meet standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project handover upon completion. Key Qualifications Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. At least 10 years of experience in hospitality design and project management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, sustainability, and compliance standards. Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards. Experience in project development, execution, and pre-opening within the hospitality industry. Innovative problem-solving skills and risk management capabilities. We believe diversity strengthens us.
