Job Description
On-Trade Account Manager – 12-Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent) Global Premium Spirits Portfolio Glasgow & Edinburgh A unique opportunity has opened for an ambitious On-Trade account exec or manager to join a premium spirits business on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with genuine potential to transition into a permanent role as the UK team continues to grow in 2025. The Role: This role will focus on managing a dynamic mix of existing and new business, including key group accounts such as Montpeliers, Caledonian Heritable, and DRG. It offers the chance to work across a portfolio of iconic, high-quality brands, delivering commercial growth and building lasting relationships across Scotland’s leading hospitality venues. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving visibility, volume, and value in premium on-trade accounts. They’ll be equally confident leading menu activations and trade incentives as they are in identifying new opportunities and negotiating group level partnerships. Collaboration with marketing, brand teams, and wider commercial colleagues will be key to delivering results that make an impact. Ideal experience & attributes: Solid background in the on-trade, either in account management or working within the industry Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive growth and develop strategic partnerships Passion for premium spirits and an understanding of what resonates in the on-trade space Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable managing both established relationships and prospecting new business This is a chance to join a people-focused team, be part of a growing UK operation, and represent a portfolio that’s recognised and respected in bars across the country.
