Static Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Park Lane, West London Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (flexibility required during peak periods) Benefits: 25 days annual leave (excluding July residency period), Private Medical Healthcare, Pension, Overtime available Good Career Progression Prospects We are currently seeking a reliable and well-rounded Static Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer on behalf of a longstanding client. This is a permanent, full-time position based at a private London residence in the Park Lane area, supporting a VIP family household and their staff. This is a succession position so the successful engineer would eventually be promoted to the Lead Engineer role. About the Role Working as part of a small team of three engineers, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of a high-end private residence. This includes a range of internal and external areas such as apartments, plant rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, garages, outbuildings, and landscaped grounds. During the six-week summer residency period in July, working hours may vary, and you will be expected to support a shift rota and attend out-of-hours callouts when required. Candidate Profile Qualified in either electrical or mechanical discipline, with full and recognised certifications. Technically competent and genuinely multi-skilled, with a flexible, hands-on approach to work. Able and willing to carry out a wide range of tasks — no job too small or beneath them. Smart, presentable, and polite, with strong customer-facing skills and a diplomatic manner. Experience in prestigious environments (e.g., high-end hotels or private residences property maintenance) is preferred. Applicants must be eligible for and willing to undergo full Police security screening.
