You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, fast-paced projects, ensuring exceptional quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets. This is a senior role within our growing construction contractor offering the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including office, hospitality, club houses, data centres, and retail. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial fit-out projects Manage multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors, designers, and consultants, fostering collaboration and accountability Manage and report site progress Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management, ensuring profitability and compliance with safety and regulatory standards Drive innovation in fit-out processes, incorporating sustainable practices and cutting-edge design solutions Provide strategic input to the senior leadership team, contributing to business growth and operational excellence About You Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management within commercial fit-out or high-end construction Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) are desirable. Skills: Proven track record of delivering complex fit-out projects on time and within budget Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, health and safety standards, and sustainable building practices How do your skills match this job?
