The Role: As General Manager, you will be the face of the business responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving commercial success. You will lead, inspire, and develop a passionate team, overseeing all aspects of service, food and beverage, rooms, events, and business performance.
