Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Support the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations Lead, motivate, and train the service team to deliver outstanding guest service Oversee reservations, table allocations, and floor management Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally Uphold the restaurants 5-star standards and ensure a seamless dining experience Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy service A passion for guest satisfaction and a keen eye for detail Relevant hospitality qualification (advantageous) What We Offer: Competitive salary package Career development opportunities within a renowned hospitality group Staff meals and uniform provided Dynamic and supportive team environment
