This role provides an opportunity to work in a structured and supportive mental health environment. Job Details: Position: Psych RN Contract Length: 13 weeks Shifts and Ratios: Daytime Ratio: RN-to-patient is 3:24. Night Ratio: RN-to-patient is 1:24, with nursing supervisor onsite. Schedule: Holidays and every other weekend (EOW) required. Opportunities for contract extension, reviewed 6 weeks before end date based on performance. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in inpatient psychiatric nursing. Certifications: CPI (Crisis Management) training: pletion of online module prior to start date and passing in-class portion required. Fit Testing: pliance with CDC guidelines for facial hair for N95 respirators. Staff must be clean-shaven when N95 use is required in any hospital unit. Why Concord?
