Controller in Walworth County We are working on a Controller position for a really cool hospitality company in Walworth County. They will be super flexible with hours and push work life balance for all their employees. Responsibilities Oversee operations of the accounting/finance department Monthly forecasting and cash flow Oversee preparation of financial statements for multiple entities Maintain internal controls Lead annual budgeting procedures Coordinate financial audits each year Maintain all leases and financial records Develop programs to increase revenue Qualifications 3 years of hospitality/hotel or real estate experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills.
