Staff Engineer/Senior Staff Engineer - Frontend Architecture

Role Overview : As a Staff Engineer/Sr. Staff Engineer, you will be a critical part of engineering team, leading the design, development, and deployment of complex frontend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform is scalable, robust, and highly performant. Frontend Engineer (AngularJS, ReactJS, Flutter) : - Architect and develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using AngularJS, Reactjs, and Flutter. - Ensure seamless integration of frontend applications with backend services. - Optimise the performance of web and mobile applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Implement best UI/UX design practices, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. - Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Guide and mentor frontend developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Qualifications : Frontend Role : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong command of Angularjs, Reactjs, and Flutter. - Proven experience in building and deploying large-scale web and mobile applications. - Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. - Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Mobx) and frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel). - Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environments is required.
