Job Description Your opportunity The Mall Luxury Outlets is seeking a Security Specialist based at our Florence, Italy office. How you will contribute Manage and maintain physical security systems, conduct vulnerability assessments, and oversee contractors' activities. Develop and test security procedures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations. Collect and analyze security data, prepare reports, and conduct preliminary theft or shortage analyses. Stay updated with laws and regulations, liaise with vendors and security teams, and ensure adherence to security guidelines. Report risks, lead investigations, conduct security assessments, and serve as a contact point with police and other security entities. Ensure security services are performed effectively, address customer needs, oversee service quality, and support special events. Who you are At least 4 years of experience in the security sector. Good knowledge of system management (Access control, CCTV, alarms, PSIM, and management software). Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information at a high level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in security-related subjects is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in Italian and English. Why work with us?
