Chef de rang - F&B Service Expert

The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a Chef de Rang. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals with a strong passion for F&B. What you’ll be doing Welcoming guests and attending to tables promptly Serving food and beverages, making recommendations as needed Assisting guests with menu questions and special requests Recording transactions accurately in the MICROS system Checking guest satisfaction and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area Communicating with the kitchen regarding orders, menu questions, and dietary needs Following operational guidelines and maintaining presentation standards What we’re looking for Legal right to work in Italy with a valid work permit for full-time employment (40 hours/week) Fluency in English and Italian Understanding of F&B operations and luxury hospitality Positive, outgoing personality with great communication skills Experience in fine dining restaurants is an advantage; knowledge of Micros is preferred Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance Join us and explore various career opportunities in hospitality.
