Italy Recruiting, Training, Employee and Labour Relations Manager Who we are Evoca Group is a world-leading producer of professional coffee and vending machines for out-of-home consumption, with over 90 years of heritage. Our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to serve approximately 10,000 customers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, and public spaces. We are seeking an ICT CRM and Web Specialist. Objective : Manage and optimize the company's CRM systems and web platforms to streamline processes, enhance customer interactions, support digitalization, improve user experience, and provide ongoing technical support for technological innovation. Responsibilities include: CRM Management: Customize and maintain HubSpot and Salesforce CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Social Media Support: Assist the marketing team in implementing multi-channel digital strategies. CMS Management: Oversee Drupal and WordPress instances to ensure proper setup and functionality. Lead Management: Develop lead capture forms, implement lead scoring, and design automated nurturing workflows. Analytics and Reporting: Model data and generate reports on CRM metrics, tracking campaign performance. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide user support. Integration and Automation: Identify integration opportunities and implement automation to streamline customer-related processes. Data Security: Participate in designing and adopting security best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in ICT, Digital Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (>3 years) with CRM and CMS systems. Proficiency in configuring HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, fields, and automation. Experience with integration tools. Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Full professional proficiency in English. Nice to have: Understanding of marketing and sales processes. Knowledge of digital channel management. What we offer: Permanent full-time contract.
