We are looking for: Role Responsibilities: Organize and manage service at the bar and in the dining area. Maintain customer relations and supervise staff work. Determine products to purchase and dishes to serve. Ensure the upkeep of the establishment’s appearance. Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant/bar sector. Good communication skills and predisposition to customer contact. Passionate about Food & Beverage. Resides in Monopoli (BA), Torre a Mare (BA), or nearby municipalities and is vehicle owners.
