Bridging the ease of Web2 with the transparency and governance ownership of Web3 , Nattynites lets travelers earn real, non-expiring, transferable, and resellable rewards — across multiple brands and properties. This is more than a loyalty platform. It’s a revolution in how independent hotels retain and grow loyal guests through fun, reward, and transparency. The Role: Chief Business Officer This is a C-level team role , not a job. We’re looking for a true entrepreneurial partner to lead business development, partnerships, marketing, and growth — and co-write our go-to-market story. This is not an employee or advisor gig. It’s for someone who wants to build a category-defining company from the ground up. What You'll Lead Business Development & Partnerships : Own the end-to-end sales funnel – from outreach to signed contracts with boutique hotels, affiliates, and travel partners. Brand Marketing & Content : Build our voice and engage users on Instagram, X (Twitter), and Telegram . Campaigns & Advertising : Lead full-funnel digital campaigns, content marketing, and performance tracking. Growth Strategy : Co-design short-, mid-, and long-term growth roadmaps with the team. You Might Be the One If You Are A visionary operator : You can think big and execute small. A natural closer : You’re persuasive, resourceful, and sharp in BD or sales situations. A founder type : You're entrepreneurial , move fast, take risks , and love chaos . Financially flexible: You’re not reliant on a stable salary short-term and can bet on upside. Based in Asian countries/regions: Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. Based in or familiar with hospitality/travel in Asia-Pacific No Web3 knowledge or experience required. What You’ll Get Company Equity : 5–10%, with 1-year cliff, 4-year vesting. Web3 Token Allocation : Same % of the team’s 20% token pool. Zero Upfront Capital: Unlike many early-stage ventures, we don’t ask for any financial investment from our team members. Your capital is your time, energy, creativity, and belief in what we’re building. Cash Compensation : Cash compensation will be unlocked as we cross our first funding and revenue milestones.
