Job description: Job Responsibilities Job Summary: This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire business value chain, including end-to-end P&L, balance sheet, internal control, and compliance. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Commercial Finance Business Partner with 2-7 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis : Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions. Commercial Support : Provide financial insights to commercial teams, including pricing, margin, and ROI analysis. Budgeting and Planning : Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business goals. Performance Metrics : Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate business performance and identify improvement areas. Special Projects : Engage in projects such as financial process improvements, system implementations, and due diligence. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to offer financial guidance and support. Job Requirements Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus. Experience : 2-7 years in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting.
