Job Title: Sous Chef Location: Hertfordshire Salary: £35,000 per annum Transport: Due to rural location, own transport is recommended Accommodation: Possible live-in available Quest Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client in Hertfordshire for a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef to support a busy, high-quality food operation spanning restaurants, bars, and event catering venues. About the Role: This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. Youll assist the Executive Chef with kitchen operations, lead service across multiple outlets, and play a major role in staff supervision and menu innovation.
