The Head Chef will be hands-on with food preparation and menu development, focusing on British cuisine and locally sourced ingredients. Ensuring hygiene, safety, and kitchen organisation are maintained while controlling food costs. Working to tight deadlines and maintaining strong communication across kitchen and front-of-house teams.
