Invoice Generating: * Prepare and generate invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. * Monitor and manage the invoice process, ensuring timely delivery to clients and swift resolution of any queries or issues. * Liaise with clients to ensure a smooth invoicing process, addressing any concerns with professionalism and efficiency. 4. Administrative Support: * Provide general administrative support to the finance department, assisting with various tasks as needed. * Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring efficient and timely communication with clients and team members. * Organise and schedule meetings or appointments, maintaining a well-structured calendar for the finance team.
