We are looking for a Chef De Partie who can: * Oversee and manage kitchen sections independently. * Inspire and support the team working around you. * Deliver an exquisite experience to guests. * Work in a fast paced environment. * Support the Senior Chefs in the delivery of a spectacular menu. * Can ensure the highest standards of health & safety are always met and that the kitchen is always compliant. * Support those responsible for the control and replenishment of all consumable stock. * Work alongside the Brigade in ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, storerooms, fridges and other associated areas and that they are in line with all current legislation regarding food safety and HACCP. * Can record and maintain accurate daily and weekly checks regarding Health & Safety and Hygiene.
