You Will Bring Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fine-dining or high-end brasserie environment. A passion for British and European cuisine, with a flair for seasonal and innovative dishes. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities calm, confident, and respected by your team. Excellent knowledge of food safety, kitchen management, and cost control. A desire to deliver a refined, memorable dining experience every service.
