Our thriving Catering Division is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Luton. You’ll work side-by-side with our Catering Division Manager, helping source and place top-tier talent in both temporary and permanent roles across the hospitality sector. What You'll Be Doing: * Proactively sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates for a wide range of catering and hospitality roles * Conducting candidate registrations and verifying right-to-work documentation * Ensuring full compliance with legal and company policies * Assisting with payroll processes, including chasing timesheets * Keeping candidate records up to date using Excel and internal systems * Managing inboxes and supporting the team with general administrative tasks What We're Looking For: * Great attention to detail and a knack for staying organised * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal * Confident using Microsoft Office, email, and the phone * Previous experience in recruitment is a plus – but not essential * A positive team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn What You’ll Get in Return: Work-Life Balance: Enjoy your evenings and weekends with a Monday–Friday schedule.
