Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are seeking Project Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a leading regional contractor who work on exciting projects including healthcare, education, hotels, apartments and commercial schemes. Procuring materials and subcontractors. Preparation of tender documents for any subcontract works. Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers. Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports. Preparation of final accounts. Identifying commercial risks.
