Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available to manage several beautiful, unique hotel venues in the Northeast of England. Reporting to CEO, you will be responsible for the day to day running of these hotels with all the Hotel General Managers reporting in to you. The privately owned hotels are all set in their own grounds, making them superb Wedding Venues, a large proportion of the companys revenue. The successful Operations Director will ideally have multi-site experience in Hotels, ensuring you are able to manage, inspire and lead you General Managers to further success. Experience working with a privately owner will be helpful, enabling you flourish in an entrepreneurial working environment. The role will require you to be Northern based due to the travel, as most of the hotel venues are Northeast and Yorkshire based. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, with a portfolio of unique, beautiful hotels. AMRT1_UKCT
