Job Description

Sales Administrator £13.50 per hour Full Time, Monday to Friday Bury St Edmunds Temporary Our client based in Bury St Edmunds, is searching for a Sales Administrator to join their well-established team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Director and relevant departments. Main duties and responsibilities, (including but not limited to): • Update daily, weekly and monthly Sales Reports • Providing secretarial and administration support to the Sales Director and wider team • Handling diary management, taking and producing minutes of meetings typing of correspondence, filing, record keeping as required. • Managing corporate hospitality events to include bookings, timetables, invitations, costings etc. • Managing house CRM and checking of invoices. • Providing reception cover and secretarial support to other departments as required.
