The Kings Head Country Hotel holds a sponsor licence enabling us to employ skilled workers. Role As Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous you will be responsible for a specific role in the kitchen. Assist in other areas of the kitchen when required. Follow directions provided by the Head Chef. Responsibilities To help our culinary team create memorable meals for our restaurant’s patrons. You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high quality food that meets the Head Chef’s standards. Preparing specific food items and meal components at your station. Ensuring that your station is sanitary and well stocked. Keep a level head when working well under pressure. Maintain a positive and professional approach to co-workers. Willing to go the extra mile in pursuit of great food and exceptional service. Follow directions provided by the Head Chef. Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high quality food and service. Qualifications Experience, or Certifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
