CHEF MANAGER TUNBRIDGE WELLS £35,000 per annum FULL TIME / ROTA BASIS Our client is an award-winning company specialising in delivering high-quality service and fresh food to high-end clients. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Chef Manager with a passion for food to oversee site operations. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of important tasks, including: * Creating and writing engaging menus that cater to the needs of the clients * Placing orders for ingredients and supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen. * Managing a dedicated team of staff members, providing guidance and support. * Preparing and cooking nutritious meals that meet our high standards. * Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment. * Strong culinary skills, with a focus on food safety and hygiene. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment. * A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to elevating the catering services and providing a first-class dining experience.
