Catering Manager - Busy Holiday Park Facility - Temporary Live-in only - £35K - Bridport, Dorset We're searching for an enthusiastic Catering Manager or Chef with experience of working in high volume outlets (previous experience of working in holiday parks is of benefit). All year round full-time position to includes limited winter function trade. As Catering Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen to include all aspects of health, safety and hygiene. You will lead and inspire your team of chefs and kitchen staff, plan and develop menus, manage inventory, and collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
