At Nela, we blend purity in flavour, hospitality, and atmosphere. Were looking for a Bar Manager to join us from the start and help build something special in London. Your Role As Bar Manager , you’ll take full ownership of the bar operation. You will lead a team of 10 and shape one of London’s most exciting drinks programmes . Expect to work with techniques like fat washing , sous vide infusions , smoking , clarification , and house ferments . You will push creative boundaries while keeping a sharp focus on consistency, speed, and guest experience. The goal? A menu and a bar team delivering world-class hospitality Key Responsibilities Lead daily bar operations, ensuring high standards across service, stock, and cleanliness Work with chefs to create cocktails that inspire and complement the food menu Create and maintain a high-quality drinks menu with a focus on cocktails, wine, and spirits Train, supervise, and inspire the bar team Collaborate with the senior team to ensure a seamless guest journey Manage budgets, costs, and supplier relationships Uphold licensing, safety, and hygiene compliance Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture What You'll Bring Experience as a Bar Manager in a high-end venue Strong product knowledge across cocktails as well as spirits, and wine I n Depth knowledge of modern technique such as fat washing, Sous Vide infusion, Smoking, clarification and house fements to name a few A guest-first mindset and calm approach under pressure Excellent leadership, organisation, and multitasking skills Pre-opening experience is a plus Full UK work rights What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Career growth within a growing brand Exclusive staff benefits Training and development opportunities Apply Now If you're ready to shape the bar experience at one of London's most anticipated openings, wed love to hear from you.
