This is a critical role overseeing transactional finance and managing the full month-end process, including journal entries, P&L, and balance sheet reviews. Essential Requirements: Hospitality or hotel experience Proven team management experience Strong month-end reporting background Part-Qualified, Newly Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), or QBE Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the finance team (AP, AR, Payroll, Income Audit) Manage the full month-end process, including journal entries, P&L, and balance sheet reviews. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance Manage journal entries, cash flow, and P&L reporting Partner with operations to drive financial control and performance Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements Ideal Candidate: Hands-on leader with a background in transactional finance Excellent communicator and team developer Passionate about luxury hospitality Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
