With 82 luxury bedrooms, a destination restaurant, cafe bar and private dining rooms, we are setting new standards for hospitality in Northern Ireland. The Bedford Hotel, operated by Focus Hotels Management, seeks a skilled and driven Reservations Manager who thrives in a luxury hospitality setting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department ensuring all bookings are handled promptly, accurately and professionally Manage individual group and corporate reservations across all channels including direct, online and third-party platforms Foster a productive and collaborative team culture Work closely with the Revenue Manager to implement pricing strategies, manage inventory and monitor demand patterns Maintain high standard of guest communication ensuring reservation confirmations, pre-arrival requests and special requirements are handled efficiently Produce regular reports on booking patterns, pick-up pace and conversion rate Key Qualities We Value: A passion for guest-centric service and attention to detail.
