An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and motivated Commis Chef to join our team. This position includes mornings, evenings & weekends. The Role: To assist with the preparation cooking and presentation of all dishes in order that guests receive efficient service and high quality dishes. Responsibilities. To maintain high standards of working practices in terms of personal hygiene, appearance and working methods. To support with various cleaning duties as required. To be fully aware of and strictly observe Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Security policies and procedures. To follow all food safety guidelines To attend & complete all training The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Commis Chef and have the ability to perform under pressure. The Holiday Inn Bolton is a busy city centre hotel with 132 bedrooms. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate they can work alone and as part of a team.
