Earnings : £12.21 service charge (up to £14h) Location : London, EC2M 3YD Contract type : Permanent, shifts falling between 8am and 11.30pm As a Barback , youll support the bartenders in service by ensuring they have the equipment, ingredients, and garnishes they need to ensure smooth and quick service. The Barbackis also responsible for providing a clean, well-stocked, tidy, and sanitised bar area. Two of them sit within our restaurants on the first floor, each with a unique menu that perfectly complements the food available. On the ground floor, you can find our Central Bar and Piccolo Bar, alongside the outdoor Aperol Sprizzeria and the hidden Mezzanine Bar. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING support the bartenders with ensuring that the bar has adequate levels of stock available throughout the service. washing glassware and replenishing ice and stock set-up of the bar stations: fruits, herbs, garnishes, spirits, syrups, glassware, tools, etc ensuring the bar is always visually appealing to guests, replenishing any displays. Tiding, cleaning and sanitising bar areas and seating areas. Requirements an interest in a career within the bar industry. Previous experience working in a bar is beneficial. a positive, friendly attitude. strong teamwork stills. willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams. availability to work flexibly between 9am and 11.30pm as we cannot offer set shifts or days off.
