We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Otolaryngologist to join our dynamic team, with a special focus on providing high-quality care to our veterans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, and related structures, including managing hearing loss, speech issues, sinusitis, and tumors. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other medical professionals, ensuring comprehensive care for patients with diverse needs, particularly veterans who often face unique healthcare challenges. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will play an integral role in the administration of the ENT Clinic, overseeing efficient patient management and maintaining Joint Commission readiness. You will also could contribute to the education and development of Otolaryngology residents and advanced practice practitioners. INCENTIVES: Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) offers up to $200,000 over 5-years, tax-free and/or Recruitment Incentive with minimum 3-year service obligation. Recruitment/Relocation may be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Salary $313,000 - $385,000 per year Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package. VHA Physician Total Rewards .
