Superintendent

As a Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of a construction project, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. You will serve as the primary point of contact between contractors, clients, and project stakeholders, managing the day-to-day operations to ensure timely and successful completion of the project. *Client Details* Our client is an established Chicago General Contractor that primarily focuses on hospitality & multifamily projects. Their projects range from $10M to $50M in value, focusing projects throughout the Chicagoland area.
