What You’ll Do Troubleshoot and repair pumps, filters, chemical feeders, UV/ozone systems, automation controllers, heaters, boilers, and splash‐pad equipment. Perform heater PMs, plumbing/electrical repairs, and emergency diagnostics for HOAs, resorts, fitness centers, and municipal pools. Acis washes, pulling lights, Heater PMs, timers, photo cells, signage, plumbing, sand changes, gaskets, pump motors, Commercial Pool start ups Own each job from start to finish—if a fix is unfamiliar, you research, learn, and deliver the solution. What We Need 2 years’ professional experience in commercial or high‐end residential pool service & repair (required). Working knowledge of major brands: Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, BECSys, CAT, Lochinvar, Raypak, etc. Ability to lift 75 lbs, work outdoors year‐round, and handle basic plumbing/electrical tasks safely. Clean driving record, strong work ethic, punctuality, and pride in maintaining a tidy truck and tool kit. Self‐starter mentality—minimal supervision, maximum accountability. What You’ll Get $65,000 – $89,000 per year (DOE & performance). The last person who fit this role made upwards of $128k a year Company service truck, phone, and most tools.
