As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating a fun and welcoming shopping experience for families and children, offering knowledgeable assistance and maintaining a vibrant store environment. Responsibilities: Greet customers with a friendly and engaging attitude Assist customers in selecting toys and gifts, offering product recommendations based on age, interest, and educational value Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and handle returns and exchanges Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure the store remains clean and organized Learn and stay informed about new toy arrivals and bestsellers Help with in-store events, demonstrations, and seasonal promotions Contribute to achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic, dependable, and a team player Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Passion for toys, creativity, and child development is a plus Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Why Join Us, we believe in the power of play.
