We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the operational, administrative, and team management aspects of our well-established private dental practice. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and high-functioning environment for both our patients and staff. About Our Practice We are a respected, patient-focused private practice with two amazing dentists and loyal patient base. Essential Job Functions Provide strong leadership and support to maintain a positive, motivated, and high performing team. Oversee Human Resources, including job descriptions, performance evaluations, and employee relations (payroll and bill payments will be handled separately on a part time basis) Lead and conduct staff meetings to align the team on goals, updates and information about the practice Assist with onboarding and training of new hires to ensure smooth integration into the team Serve as the go-to problem solver for any issues related to staff, patients, vendors, and technology (computers, equipment, phone systems, etc.) Operations and Financial Oversight Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Oversee schedules, budgets, and accounts receivable to maintain financial organization Provide support and oversight to the insurance billing coordinator, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Step in as Treatment Coordinator or Front Desk support as needed to maintain seamless patient care Facility and Vendor Management Oversee building maintenance and facility management, including repairs, new equipment purchases, and routine upkeep Coordinate landscaping, snow removal, and general office maintenance Serve as the primary liaison for vendors, service providers, and technical support to ensure smooth operations Schedule Full time, 5 days per week position with a fantastic schedule.
