Our headquarters are centrally located in downtown Scranton, close to restaurants, shops, and public transit. Position Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident managing complex litigation matters with limited supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Manage case files in coordination with attorneys - Draft legal documents, including pleadings and discovery - Schedule arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and client meetings - Monitor deadlines and maintain regular client communication - Perform 30-day file reviews and prepare trial materials - Support attorneys throughout the litigation process - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal - Background in personal injury law preferred - Trial preparation experience strongly preferred - Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of legal and medical terminology - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - 401(k) with company match - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off (PTO) - Flexible work schedule - Professional, growth-oriented work environment Schedule: - Monday to Friday , 8-hour shift - Occasional overtime available Equal Opportunity Employer: We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
