The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with corporate clients. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively promote our corporate housing services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Development: - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. - Attend networking events, trade shows, and guest meetings (virtually or in-person). - Track leads, opportunities, and guest communication in CRM software. - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets. 2. Marketing Strategy: - Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote corporate housing services. - Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to reach target audiences. - Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content. 3. Market Research: - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis. - Monitor industry developments and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. 4. Guest Engagement: - Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business. - Gather feedback from guests and use insights to improve service offerings. 5. Reporting and Analysis: - Track and analyze sales performance metrics and marketing campaign effectiveness. - Prepare regular reports for management on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Reservation & Guest Support: • Respond to inquiries related to availability, pricing, and booking of all housing units. • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth guest move-ins and move-outs. • Provide exceptional support throughout the guest experience, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. • Manage reservation systems, update unit availability, and process booking documentation. • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications: • 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality, preferably in corporate housing or real estate. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Drive, and digital marketing tools. • Experience with property management or reservation software a plus. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and long-term housing solutions. • Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media platforms, Google Ads, CRMs, and Constant Contact. • Comfortable using analytics tools to measure campaign success and sales performance.
