Competitive Pay: $28/hour Outstanding Benefits : Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off Work with a fun, professional, and dynamic team Be part of an exciting transition into one of the finest new clubhouses in the country Enjoy stability, support, and growth opportunities Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional, personalized service to members and guests in a fine dining environment Take and input orders using iPads ; working knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential Accurately communicate member preferences and dietary needs to the kitchen Guide members through menus with confidence, offering recommendations and knowledge of food and beverage pairings Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining room, and side work areas Monitor and anticipate member needs, refilling beverages, clearing dishes, and responding to requests promptly Collaborate with fellow team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards in accordance with club policies What We’re Looking For: Previous server experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant required POS experience is a must; iPad-based ordering knowledge is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and be a true team player Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be part of something special.
