Job Description Job Description We seek a Marketing Director to become an integral part of our team at the West Palm Beach, FL, location. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a brand strategy and marketing campaigns for each branch in the enterprise. Their main duties include building and executing branch marketing plans for individual branches, overseeing the marketing department activities, and conducting competitor research to ensure competitive advantage. This position is responsible for supporting the branch in reaching the established financial goals by optimizing the branch image and maximizing opportunities to provide appropriate visibility in the community. In addition to assessing and creating branch marketing plans and marketing strategies, this position also involves coordinating and directing marketing activities so that approved deliverables are completed on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Developing promotions in conjunction with Sales and Branch Operations Directing and implementing the branch organizations’ advertising and promotional activities Building brand awareness, including positioning Conducting market research to provide insight into conditions and competition Analyzing target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches Collaborating with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization Preparing effective advertising campaigns based on market research Coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end Managing social media presence Supporting staff recruiting activities and presence in the marketplace Providing analytics and data to the management team as needed Actively participating in continuous CSR training and coaching activities designed to maximize performance Maintains knowledge of emerging products and services Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department's operating budget Minimum Qualifications: Experience running a marketing team Extensive knowledge of direct mailing campaigns Proven track record of digital media platforms In-depth understanding of marketing strategies and practices Thorough understanding of market developments Excellent knowledge of social media and review platforms Proven budget management abilities Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Past work with digital marketing forms, such as content marketing and social media marketing Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
