Job Description Job Description We’re looking for motivated and energetic Shift Leads to join our team at Wingstop! As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in leading our crew, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and keeping operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do: Lead and motivate the team during your shift Ensure high-quality food, fast service, and a clean environment Assist in training new team members Handle cash, inventory, and shift reports Maintain Wingstop’s standards for food safety and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment (preferred) ✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✔️ Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends ✔️ A positive attitude and passion for great food & service Company Description Wingstop is not just a restaurant—it’s a flavor experience!
