Customer Service Representative

Job Description Job Description An established West Palm Beach company is looking for two detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to add to their team! Fabulous family-oriented company! Hours are 8:15 a.m. - 4:45 p.m., M - F, and typically, once fully trained, a hybrid option may be available. Duties include: - Processing orders - Preparing written correspondence - Interacting with vendors/clients - Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service - Tracking orders and shipments of purchase orders Qualifications: - Excellent data entry ( testing required ) - Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and 10-Key - Verifiable and stable previous employment history of 2 years or more - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload - Experience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment a plus Pay rate: $16.50/hr. when on temp, but $17/hr. once hired
