Job Description

The Department of Radiology, Division of Musculoskeletal Radiology at UC Irvine Health is seeking an exceptional, fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologist for a full-time faculty position. Position Details: Provide subspecialty interpretations of MSK MRI, CT, and radiographs for cases referred by Orthopedics, PM&R, Sports Medicine, and Rheumatology, both for peripheral extremity and spine imaging Perform interventional procedures including CT/ultrasound-guided biopsy, and joint injections/aspirations Opportunities available for advanced interventions like kyphoplasty and tumor ablation Join a Division with 1:6 (approximately 1:8 with 2 fellows) MSK only call Conduct research and publish scholarly work Participate in teaching residents and fellows, including an SSR match MSK Radiology Fellowship Qualifications: MD/DO degree and board certification in Diagnostic Radiology Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology Eligible for medical licensure in California Demonstrated experience in research and teaching We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefits State-of-the-art imaging technology: 3T/1.5T MRI, Spectral/Photon Counting CT Brand new $1.3 billion hospital opening Summer 2024 Opportunities to collaborate with renowned specialists Supportive environment for academic growth and innovation The Community: Located in Orange County, CA - Enjoy Southern California living at its best!
