Be knowledgeable about room types and standards for supplies. Inspect rooms and report any malfunctions or damage. Clean and sanitize guest rooms, replenishing supplies and amenities. Maintain cleanliness of furnishings and organize cleaning supplies. Respond promptly to guest requests and handle complaints effectively. Work cooperatively with team members and maintain personal cleanliness. Follow all hotel policies and emergency procedures. Participate in deep cleaning assignments when necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Education/Experience: High school diploma required; prior housekeeping/hotel experience preferred. Physical Demands: Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40lbs. Must tolerate prolonged periods of standing/walking and exposure to extreme temperatures. Work Environment: Must interact with co-workers and customers while working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
