Active phone and email communication with the boat owners and charters worldwide. Oversee and support the yacht rental reservations process. Help with daily operations and support other team members. Requirements Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach Fluent/native Slovenian and English level Experience in international/travel/tourism sales environment for at least 2 years Workhorse attitude Flexible, easygoing and adaptable team player Solution and result-driven person Benefits 27 vacation days per year Employment contract for unlimited period of time Home office-like working option (5 days per quarter) Quarterly bonus (depending on individual performance) 10% Discount for renting a boat Referral bonus (300 euros) Working in an international environment - you never know, which language will be spoken Our starting salary for this position is 30 000€ gross/year quarterly bonus based on individual performance.
