The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial processes and supporting daily operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or F&B industry. Experience with Micros Symphony POS systems is highly preferred. Proficient in financial reporting, data entry, and bank reconciliation. Strong knowledge of cash handling, payment processing, and financial documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective communication skills in Italian and English. Responsibilities: Manage cash flow, ensure sufficient change, and oversee credit card machine functionality. Update POS system and menus with pricing changes. Handle currency sorting and verification. Coordinate with accounting for reconciliations and banking reports. Assist procurement in sourcing non-food materials and equipment. Reconcile cash takings, process petty cash, and manage deposits. Ensure invoice accuracy and update trackers accordingly. Manage company credit card processes and assist in stock counts.
